Shipping

Local Shipping:

For pre-order items(items not listed in "in stock" category), please allow 2-6 weeks to receive; in stock items(listed in "in stock" category) will be posted in 1-2 working days once we received your payment, please allow another 1-2 working days to receive.

Normal Mail in island is absolutely free. For normal mail, the parcel will be put into the letter box. We are not responsible for any loss of parcels as no tracking service is provided for normal mail. Registered mail is recommended.

If you would like your items sent by registered mail, please kindly add S$2.24 on your total amount when you make payment. You will be updated with the traking number after order was posted.

International Shipping:

What does OOS stand for? What to do if there is OOS?

OOS stands for out of stock. Due to seasonal changing, summer clothes are running out of stock now and then. It might be happened that certain product is available at the time you placing order but become not available after payment made.In the event of the product becomes out of stock at the point of time we are ordering from our suppliers, we will mark the product as OOS in your order. For OOS item, it might / might not be restocked. You can email us if you want to replace the OOS item with other color or other design to enjoy the same discount rate. If no replacement requested, upon order completion we will credit back the amount to your account at our website and this credit can be used to offset your new orders automatically. If you request us to refund the money back to your bank account, please give us 2-3 days to process it.
